Protect comfort
Keep volume moderate, avoid startling cues, never place sound sources close to ears, and provide a quiet participation option.
Respect privacy
Do not photograph, identify, tag, or publicly share a young person through this app. The app has no camera or public gallery.
Respond, do not diagnose
If someone shows pain, distress, sensory overload, or unsafe behavior, stop the activity and follow the responsible adult’s established procedures.
Use local help
Seed & Sketch does not monitor sessions or contact emergency services. For an urgent concern, contact qualified local professionals or emergency services.
Safeguarding boundary
The app has no chat, direct messaging, public profile, follower system, attendance register, or incident-report workflow. Organizations and facilitators must use their own approved safeguarding and reporting channels outside the app.
